Sources and Fact‑Checking We verify specifications against manufacturer materials, safety data sheets when available, and hands‑on measurements. Editors review content for clarity, accuracy, and actionable guidance. We avoid jargon; when technical terms are necessary, we define them.

Updates and Versioning Yoga mats change over time. We revisit pages as products, batches, or methods evolve and time‑stamp material updates. If a score changes, we explain why.

Conflicts of Interest Contributors must disclose any financial interests, gifts, or relationships with brands. Individuals with conflicts are firewalled from related coverage.
